Our 2024 7th grade March Mammal Madness champions were Becket Frederick and Austin Josephson. Students had such a fun time throughout the Month of March watching simulated battles against organisms. The mammal that won the championship was the Great White Shark!

8th grade basketball players traveled to University of South Dakota to attend a college basketball game. Along with attending the game, the players heard about college life and got to ask questions to current students. Thank you Promising Futures for this amazing opportunity.

Expressions, GMMS show choir, performed the National Anthem at the Sioux Falls Skyforce game a few weeks ago. They did an amazing job! Way to go Eagles!
Tuesday, Feb 20 is a NO SCHOOL day, so be sure to stop by Oscar Howe Elementary for the second Community Health & Wellness fair, put on by the Community Learning Centers! There are lots of activities for kids, tons of community vendors, and amazing prizes for all!
